The wifi passwords were a well-kept secret upon arrival, naturally. i had to trek back to reception, located in a different building, only for the receptionist to dramatically point at a sign with the password. the television remote was equally uncooperative. obtaining new batteries reminded me of pulling teeth after a performance of great reluctance from the receptionist. the room's cleanliness was questionable. The bathroom could have definitely used more attention..

The location is very convenient. I found it easy to access many attractions. The staff was friendly. They were helpful with directions and local recommendations. The room was clean and tidy. It had all the basic amenities I needed.
Carrying my luggage up several flights of stairs was tiring. The room faced a noisy street. I could hear traffic throughout the night. The bed was quite small. It was impossible to have a comfortable sleep because the bed was too small.

the room i was assigned to was quite small. it felt cramped, particularly the bathroom. there wasn't much space to move around (and i kept bumping into things). also, the noise from what sounded like a nearby restaurant kitchen was pretty constant, especially in the evenings. it was hard to relax with that noise.

the receptionist was kind. they helped so much i even forgot my house keys in the hotel. i received a message from them and they were willing to ship it. i really appreciate that kind gesture.
